Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Bin Hire 365 we act as third party agent to provide best quality and priced Skip Bin Service to our customers.

Hire Period and Booking Time Frame:

Customer can call to book a bin up to 30 days in advance, although mostly bookings are done only few days prior.

Normal hire period is 7 days and will incur extra cost depending upon bin size and time frame. Customer will be quoted on extra cost by supplier. Customer can keep bin for maximum of 30 days.

Refund Policy:

We will refund the full amount (excluding small booking fee of $4.40) to you, the customer, if you cancel your order by contacting BIN Hire 365 at least 2 days prior to delivery. You must notify us either in writing at contact@binhire365.com.au or call us at 1800 264365.

But in any case your bin does not get delivered at all you will get full refund (excluding booking fee). Please note that bin not getting delivered at specific time does not count as non- delivery and you will be charged if it is rescheduled either by supplier or you.

(Please contact Bin Hire 365 Immediately with any issues regarding delivery to avoid cancellation fees)

You will be entitled to a partial refund in the event an order is cancelled by you, the customer, no less than two (2) business days prior to the Delivery Date. The cancellation fee will be 10% of the charged amount and payable to Bin Hire 365.

You will also be entitled to a partial refund, in the event an order is cancelled by you, the customer, (1) Business Day prior to the Delivery Date or on the Delivery Date. The cancellation fee will be 20% of the charged amount and payable to Bin Hire 365. Cancellations on the delivery date will also incur a call out fee directly to the service provider

The $4.40 booking fee is non-refundable on all bookings regardless.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will ONLY be made payable to the credit card on which the original purchase was made. Refunds will be made within 3 business days from the date of cancellation.
